These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Squeblenzymlox website and workshop services. By accessing our website or booking a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Workshop Bookings
When you book a workshop:
- Full payment is required to secure your spot
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
- You will receive a confirmation email with workshop details, location, and what to bring
- Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- Workshop dates and times are subject to change with notice
By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age or have parental consent if under 16.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by You
- 48 hours or more before workshop: Full refund to original payment method
- Less than 48 hours before workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person (subject to availability)
- No-shows: No refund and no transfer option
- Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you may not be able to join the workshop and no refund will be provided
To cancel or request a refund, contact us at info@squeblenzymlox.world with your booking reference number.
Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to instructor illness, severe weather, or insufficient bookings), you will receive:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- The option to transfer to another available workshop date
We will notify you as soon as possible if a workshop is cancelled, typically at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Workshop Safety
By participating in our workshops, you agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
- Use materials and tools responsibly and only as instructed
- Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation
- Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others
- Wear appropriate clothing and protective equipment as recommended
- Not consume alcohol or drugs before or during workshops
- Respect the workspace and other participants
We are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during workshop participation, except where required by law. Participants assume all risks associated with workshop activities.
If you have concerns about safety or witness unsafe behavior, please inform an instructor immediately.
Materials and Supplies
All materials and supplies are provided during workshops unless otherwise stated. This includes:
- All craft materials (wax, wicks, containers, dyes, fabrics, etc.)
- Tools and equipment needed for the workshop
- Protective equipment (aprons, gloves, etc.)
- Take-home packaging for your finished items
- Light refreshments (water, tea, coffee)
Take-home kits and additional supplies are available for purchase separately. All purchases are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
You may not remove materials, tools, or equipment from the studio without permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, workshop materials, and course content, is the property of Squeblenzymlox and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices from our content
Workshop techniques and methods taught in our classes may be used for personal projects, but commercial use of our specific curriculum or teaching materials requires permission.
User Conduct
When using our website or attending workshops, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Interfere with the operation of our website or services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
We reserve the right to refuse service, remove users, or cancel bookings for violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squeblenzymlox, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
