Workshop Refunds

Cancellation by You

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage limited workshop spaces effectively:

• 48 hours or more before workshop: Full refund to original payment method
• 24-48 hours before workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop
• Less than 24 hours before workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person (subject to availability and with our approval)
• No-shows: No refund and no transfer option

To cancel, contact us at info@squeblenzymlox.world with your booking reference number. Cancellation time is calculated from the workshop start time in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (instructor illness, severe weather, insufficient bookings, facility issues, etc.), you will receive:

• A full refund to your original payment method, or
• The option to transfer to another available workshop date at no additional cost

We will notify you as soon as possible if a workshop is cancelled, typically at least 24-48 hours in advance when circumstances allow.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on:

• Your payment provider (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)
• Bank processing times
• Weekends and public holidays

You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

Take-Home Kits and Physical Products

Returns

Take-home kits and physical products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

• Unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or booking reference)
• Returned in the same condition as received
• Returned with all original components and accessories

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@squeblenzymlox.world. We will:

• Arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or
• Provide a full refund including return shipping costs

Please include photos of the defect or error when contacting us. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve the issue promptly.

Kit Returns - Special Considerations

Due to the nature of craft materials, certain restrictions apply:

• Opened kits: Cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
• Unopened kits: May be returned within 14 days in original packaging
• Perishable materials: Some materials may have expiration dates and cannot be returned if expired
• Custom or personalized kits: Cannot be returned unless defective

If you have concerns about kit contents before opening, contact us and we can discuss options.

Workshop Materials

Materials provided during workshops (wax, wicks, containers, dyes, fabrics, tools, etc.) are included in the workshop fee and cannot be returned or refunded separately. These materials are:

• Consumed or used during the workshop
• Part of the workshop experience and learning process
• Included in the overall workshop pricing

If you are unable to complete a workshop due to circumstances beyond your control (and we are unable to reschedule), we may provide a partial credit at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return, follow these steps:

1. Contact us: Email info@squeblenzymlox.world with your booking reference or order number
2. Provide details: Include your name, order/booking number, reason for return/refund, and any relevant documentation
3. Wait for approval: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
4. Follow instructions: If approved, we will provide return instructions or process your refund
5. Return items (if applicable): For product returns, send items to the address we provide

For workshop cancellations, include the workshop date, time, and your preferred resolution (refund or transfer).

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

• Completed workshops (no refunds after workshop has taken place)
• Digital products and downloadable content
• Gift cards and workshop credits (unless required by law)
• Custom or personalized items that have been produced
• Services that have been fully rendered

Safety and Quality

All products and materials are checked for quality and safety before distribution. We:

• Inspect all materials for defects before workshops
• Use only high-quality, tested products
• Follow safety standards and guidelines
• Provide safety instructions and guidance

If a product recall is necessary, we will notify affected customers and provide appropriate remedies.

Disputes and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our refund or return decision, you may:

• Contact relevant consumer protection agencies in your jurisdiction
• Seek resolution through applicable dispute resolution processes

We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
